Say you do not know naturally in Hindi
It is useful to say when information is missing. Give a short honest answer, offer to find out if you can, or explain that you lack enough knowledge to form an opinion.
Three ways to say it
मुझे नहीं पता।mujhe nahin pata.
I don't know.
A simple honest answer when you do not know a fact.
मुझे यकीन नहीं है, लेकिन मैं पता कर सकता / सकती हूँ।mujhe yakeen nahin hai, lekin main pata kar sakta / sakti hoon.
I'm not sure, but I can find out.
Acknowledge uncertainty and offer a realistic next step.
इस बारे में राय देने लायक जानकारी मेरे पास नहीं है।is baare mein raay dene laayak jaankaari mere paas nahin hai.
I don't know enough about that to give an opinion.
Explain why you are not ready to give an informed opinion.
Avoid translating word by word
English 'find out' means obtain information, not locate something outdoors. The target-language phrase may use a verb for checking, asking, or learning; keep that information-seeking meaning.
See the difference in context
A question about a book's author
यह किताब किसने लिखी?yah kitaab kisne likhi?
Who wrote this book?
मुझे नहीं पता।mujhe nahin pata.
I don't know.
Finding out an office's opening time
क्या आपको पता है कि दफ़्तर कब खुलता है?kya aapko pata hai ki daftar kab khulta hai?
Do you know when the office opens?
मुझे यकीन नहीं है, लेकिन मैं पता कर सकता / सकती हूँ।mujhe yakeen nahin hai, lekin main pata kar sakta / sakti hoon.
I'm not sure, but I can find out.

A note on speaking Hindi
These examples generally use respectful आप (aap). Familiar तुम (tum) changes the verb ending, and तू (tu) can sound too intimate or disrespectful in the wrong relationship. Where gender changes a first-person form, choose the version that describes the speaker.
Read the Devanagari alongside the romanization. Romanization is a reading aid rather than an exact description of every sound. Everyday Hindi can use familiar loanwords, while a literal English word order may sound unnatural.
