Give gentle feedback naturally in Hindi

Useful feedback names a specific part and suggests an actionable improvement. Acknowledge what is clear, make a tentative edit suggestion, or offer to check a detail together.

Three ways to say it

  1. यह हिस्सा साफ़ है। क्या हम एक उदाहरण जोड़ सकते हैं?yah hissa saaf hai. kya ham ek udaaharan jod sakte hain?

This part is clear. Could we add an example?

Identify what works and propose adding a concrete example.

  2. शायद हम शुरुआत थोड़ी छोटी कर सकते हैं।shaayad ham shuruaat thodi chhoti kar sakte hain.

Maybe we could make the introduction shorter.

Suggest one manageable edit without labeling the whole piece as bad.

  3. क्या साथ में आँकड़े देखना मददगार होगा?kya saath mein aankde dekhna madadgaar hoga?

Would it help to check the numbers together?

Offer a collaborative check when numbers may need attention.

Avoid translating word by word

English 'make the introduction shorter' means edit its length; it does not mean physically manufacture an introduction. The target language may prefer a verb meaning shorten, reduce, or edit rather than a literal 'make'.

A note on speaking Hindi

These examples generally use respectful आप (aap). Familiar तुम (tum) changes the verb ending, and तू (tu) can sound too intimate or disrespectful in the wrong relationship. Where gender changes a first-person form, choose the version that describes the speaker.

Read the Devanagari alongside the romanization. Romanization is a reading aid rather than an exact description of every sound. Everyday Hindi can use familiar loanwords, while a literal English word order may sound unnatural.
